Vision

Thomas Lenz Ministries’ vision is to fulfill the Great Commission as stated in Matthew 28:19-20 "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, “teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you..." (NKJV) Making disciples involves saving the lost, establishing the saved, training the established and employing the trained.

Strategies

Strategies used to accomplish each task include:

Saving the lost: Friendship evangelism, street evangelism, special outreaches and cell groups.

Establishing the saved: One-on-one discipling, classes in addition to regular church services, local and national seminars, materials published in the Estonian and Russian languages including, books, and audio and video recordings.

Training the established: The Estonian Bible Academy is an intensive training type of school. Training goes a step beyond teaching, to accustom students to a mode of behavior or performance.

Employing the trained: Jarvamaa Christian Center is an Antioch-type missions base for both national ministers and international ministers. The trained are mentored as they work with the base church in saving, establishing, and training, and as they plant churches, strengthen existing churches, and travel to other nations to make disciples.
